Now Hiring: SAP Services Lead | Groveport & New Albany, Ohio Please Note: This is an on-site position. Visa sponsorship is not available. kdc/one is seeking an experienced SAP Services Lead to guide SAP application services, lead a team of four SAP Business Analysts, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving business processes, managing SAP projects, and partnering with teams across multiple locations—including our Central SAP Services team in Europe. What You’ll Do • Lead SAP projects from planning through implementation and delivery. • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of SAP Business Analysts. • Oversee SAP support, enhancements, integrations, and system performance. • Partner with business stakeholders to turn operational needs into effective SAP solutions. • Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement. • Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and service performance. • Support SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA initiatives in a manufacturing environment. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. • Hands-on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation and support experience. • Experience with at least two SAP modules: WM, MM, PP, or QM. • 3–5+ years of people management experience in a multi-site environment. • Strong SAP project management and full-lifecycle implementation experience. • Knowledge of SAP configuration, system integrations, and custom enhancements. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Power BI, GIB Suite, GuiXT, or Winshuttle is a plus. PMP, ITIL, Scrum, or SAP certifications are also preferred.
