Are you a supply chain leader who knows how to balance production needs, supplier performance, inventory, and customer demands? kdc/one is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead our Buying and Scheduling teams while overseeing business planning and driving continuous improvement. What We Offer • Competitive salary based on experience • Comprehensive benefits package • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and company holidays • Opportunities for professional growth and career development What You’ll Do • Lead and develop the Buying and Scheduling teams while managing the business planning function. • Translate customer demand, forecasts, S&OP plans, inventory needs, and production capacity into actionable supply and material plans. • Oversee production scheduling, purchasing, and material availability to keep operations running smoothly. • Manage supplier relationships and performance, addressing delivery issues and supply risks before they impact production. • Optimize inventory levels, reduce excess and obsolete materials, and balance customer service with working capital goals. • Monitor KPIs, including supplier OTIF, inventory turns, schedule attainment, and material availability. • Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service, Global Sourcing, Finance, and other teams to solve problems and improve performance. • Coach and develop your team while building efficient, consistent supply chain processes. What You’ll Bring • At least 5 years of supply chain management or procurement experience within a manufacturing environment. • At least 5 years of supervisory experience. • Strong knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI. • Experience with inventory optimization, production planning, scheduling, supplier performance, and continuous improvement. • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills. • A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is strongly preferred. • APICS/ISM certification is a plus. • Experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, or contract manufacturing is highly desirable.
