Digital Transformation Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

- Support the development of digitalization and automation solutions under the guidance of senior team members to meet project and organizational objectives. - Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). - Develop simple Python scripts and basic automation tools to improve engineering and project management processes. - Support the creation of data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track project performance and key metrics. - Learn and apply understanding of EPC project lifecycles to identify potential digitalization and automation opportunities. - Assist in analyzing existing business processes and documenting improvement or automation opportunities. - Contribute to workflow automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. - Help maintain and enhance automated reporting solutions for project KPIs, cost tracking, and scheduling. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical upskilling related to digital tools and platforms.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline. - Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required. - Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) through coursework, self-learning, or internships. - Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts. - Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven problem-solving. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a project-based environment. - Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
