Medical Assistant

Utah Fertility Center’s Midvale location is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to join our team!

We are a growing fertility center dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to patients throughout their fertility journey. Our team works together to provide a supportive patient experience while delivering high-quality reproductive healthcare.

Our medical assistants play a vital role by providing both administrative and clinical support, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care, and helping to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

- Escorting patients to examination rooms and preparing them for procedures.

- Assisting providers with patient examinations and treatments.

- Taking vital statistics and updating medical information through EMR.

- Providing patient education and instructions regarding medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

- Scheduling patient appointments.

- Answering phone calls.

- Updating and maintaining patient medical records.

- Preparing and sterilizing medical instruments and equipment.

- Following protocols and procedures.

- Following privacy regulations such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

- Other duties as assigned.
