- Create and manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and delivered effectively.
- Proactively manage customer expectations through clear, consistent and timely communication.
- Identify potential challenges early and take action to keep delivery on track.
- Ensure projects follow agreed governance, quality standards and delivery methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior customer stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm, organised and decisive when challenges arise.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence managing project documentation, governance and reporting.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across Consulting, Product, Customer Services, Sales and other internal teams.
- A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent would be advantageous.
