MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The service holder’s main function is managing SAP and iMOMS projects for SATORP PetChem:

- Think the vision and strategy, create the architecture, scope and design the tools with an objective of integration in the SATORP IT architecture. - Manage FAT/SAT, implementation, commissioning and start-up of all the sub-systems for SAP and iMOMS. - Contribute to the implementation of a continuous high standard and embedded Digital and Data Centric culture within AMIRAL teams. - Participate in the basement and procedures for Data Centric and Industry 4.0. - Support the Engineering team in EPC phase.

Two main domains of activities:

- ERP / SAP - iMOMS (Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management Solution)

Lead 10 engineers and technicians.

ACTIVITIES

SAP and iMOMS Management Projects

- Think the vision and strategy with SATORP. - Create, update and deploy the integrated SATORP/AMIRAL tools. - Organize and prepare the Manufacturing sub-Committees for Digital follow-up: action tracking, culture implementation, KPIs, budget, resources, skills, training programs, technical support and procedures. - Supervise the organization of meetings and specification of training on SAP and iMOMS modules. - Assist with the creation of a robust and adequate staff Data and Digital training program. - Provide regular assessment and progress reports and an end-of-mission report. - Promote the SAP and iMOMS tools (writing articles in internal journals, presentations at team meetings, management, trade unions, etc.) and organize group meetings on the deployment of solutions.

ERP / SAP

- Define and prepare, execute, commission, implement and start up SAP.

iMOMS: Integrated Manufacturing Operations Management Solution

- Define and prepare, execute, commission, implement and start up iMOMS.

iMOMS Modules:

- Integrated Production Planning and Scheduling - Operations Management Solution (OM) - Petrochemical Operations & Maintenance, specifically for the Ethylene Cracker - Coiled metal tube temperature analytics - Furnace decoking scheduling and predictions of residual tube life - Benchmarking of availability and utilization among the furnaces - 3D visualization of the radiant components of the crackers - Energy Performance Management Solution - Data Validation and Reconciliation (Mass Balance) - Assets Performance Management Solutions - Process Safety and Operational Risk Management - Decision Support and Visualization - Infrastructures – Integration Middleware

KPIs, Reporting and Visualization Approach

QUALIFICATIONS

- Engineer or equivalent, with at least 15 years of refining & petrochemicals experience (Maintenance, Digital, Data Management, etc.). - SAP/iMOMS/Digital high skills. - Excellent communication skills, pedagogy, adaptation, analysis and synthesis. - Independent, rigorous, organized and open-minded. - Team player with convincing capabilities. - Ability to develop medium- and long-term work activities with large delegation. - Ability to adapt to changes and work in an international, multicultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within an intensive environment. Interpersonal skills, rigor and analytical mind. - Ability to work as a member of a project team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different parties (Contractors, project entities, auditors, other discipline representatives, experts, project personnel, PMT EPCC packages, etc.). - Knowledge of TotalEnergies–Saudi Aramco technical referentials is a plus. - Experience in projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia / Middle East.

Languages:

- English: High level. - French: Good working knowledge. - Arabic: Ideally.

Place of work (City & country ) : Jubail / KSA

Working Schedule : Resident 5 days per week

Starting date : ASAP

Duration of the mission : 12 Months (Renewable)
