Talent Wellbeing Specialist

SUMMARY: The Talent Wellbeing Specialist provides a high level of customer service to InterMed’s colleagues, guiding them through the leave and accommodations process while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, Maine FML) and internal policies. In addition, the Specialist administers InterMed’s benefit plans—supporting colleagues with benefit selection, enrollment, and ongoing questions to ensure they have the information needed to make informed decisions. The Specialist acts as a liaison between colleagues, managers, and our third-party leaves and benefits administrator, while partnering closely with our HR Business Partners, Talent Wellbeing Manager, and Payroll teams.
