Life Enrichment Associate - PT

The Life Enrichment Activity Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of engaging recreational, social, educational, and wellness programs designed to enhance the quality of life for senior living residents. Working closely with the Life Enrichment Director, this role encourages resident participation, fosters meaningful social connections, and helps create a positive, active, and inclusive community environment. The Activity Assistant assists with event setup, transportation coordination, resident engagement, and documentation while ensuring activities are conducted safely and in accordance with community standards.
