Product Architecture Lead

Overview

Inabia is seeking a Product Architecture Lead for a contracted engagement supporting healthcare industry solutions. This role owns the end-to-end design of customer-facing and business-facing solutions, encompassing solution architecture, agentic capabilities, and UI/workflow design. The successful candidate will translate business capability inventories into coherent, buildable designs while leading cross-functional architecture teams in close partnership with product engineering.

Responsibilities

- Own and lead the design of customer-facing and business-facing solutions, including solution architecture, agentic capabilities, and UI/workflow - Translate business capability inventories into detailed, actionable designs that engineering teams can execute against - Lead and coordinate solutions, agentic, and UI/workflow architects across multiple concurrent design workstreams - Partner closely with product engineering to align design intent with implementation execution - Maintain solution coherence and architectural integrity when multiple teams are designing simultaneously - Ensure all designs align to the broader platform architecture and established standards - Travel to required locations as needed; travel expenses are covered

Key Qualifications

- Professional degree required - Minimum 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture - Minimum 8 years of experience in Agentic Design - Minimum 8 years of experience in AI Workflow Design - Minimum 8 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) - Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Design - Prior experience in the Healthcare industry required

Preferred Qualifications

- Expert-level (P4) proficiency in Solution Architecture - Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, multi-team architecture programs in complex healthcare environments - Advanced cross-functional expertise spanning agentic design, AI workflow, PBM, and product design
