About the Role & Team The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order entry through fulfillment and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. This role acts as a key liaison between sales, finance, logistics, and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient order process, while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and resolve order-related issues.
