MAINTENANCE MANAGER

The Maintenance and Machine Shop Foreman serves as a hands-on, working leader responsible for the daily operations, technical direction, and overall efficiency of the machine shop and maintenance area. Balancing floor management with active mechanical execution, this role directs team activities to minimize equipment downtime, optimizes workflow by effectively deploying available personnel, and champions shop floor modernization through automation initiatives. A cornerstone of the position is workforce development, where the Foreman will directly oversee the training of team members and lead the shop’s apprentice program to cultivate the next generation of skilled machinists and maintenance professionals.
