Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Warranty Administration, including processing claims, reviewing repair orders, and understanding manufacturer guidelines.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support positive interactions with guests and internal teams.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for working with service staff, management, and external partners.

• Candidates should possess Computer Literacy skills, including proficiency with dealership management software, warranty portals, and basic office applications.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in automotive service, warranty processing, or dealership administration is preferred but not strictly required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in automotive service or business administration is a plus.
