Project Manager- Energy Management / Building Automation

What You’ll Do

• Support project documentation, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Track materials, subcontractors, and project milestones

• Assist with technician coordination and field communication

• Help manage billing forecasts, percent-complete tracking, and WIP reporting

• Support closeout documentation and warranty letters

• Begin learning BAS platforms (WebCTRL, Distech) for basic navigation and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Construction experience required (BAS/controls preferred)

• Highly organized with strong communication skills

• Comfortable reading construction documents

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Motivated to grow into a full Project Manager role
