Finance Manager

Act as a strategic business partner to local management and Group Finance. Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business reviews. Monitor project profitability, cash flow, invoicing, WIP, and margins. Ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls. Manage banking, liquidity, guarantees, and financial risk. Lead and develop the local finance team. Drive process improvements, digitalization, and finance transformation initiatives. Support the transition of the current branch structure into a subsidiary.
