The Preventative Maintenance Lead-Thermoforming supports continuous thermoforming operations through the planning, coordination, execution, and improvement of maintenance activities across production and process support equipment. This position provides maintenance planning, scheduling, work order management, MRO inventory coordination, troubleshooting support, and reliability improvement to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
