Director of Network Engineering

The Director of Network Engineering leads the Network Engineering and Regional Engineering teams responsible for the availability, performance, capacity, and growth of Hotwire’s service provider network across a multi-state residential and commercial footprint. This is a hands-on, technical leadership role: the Director stays directly engaged in the implementation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of IP/MPLS routing, carrier-grade NAT, IP address management, and IPTV/multicast infrastructure. The role leads the scale-out of the network and is accountable for shifting the teams toward an automation- and AI-driven approach to network management.
