Technician N - Packing

Core Responsibilities:

- Assist with startup, operation, and shutdown of production equipment

- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from machines, racks, and carts

- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment

- Monitor product quality, including verifying ingredients, lot numbers, and date codes

- Perform quality checks and pull damaged or non-conforming product from the line

- Read gauges, record production data, and ensure equipment is operating within standards

- Follow all food safety, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, and SQF requirements

- Support heat treatment processes and ensure all required procedures are followed exactly

- Assist with cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas to maintain audit-ready conditions

- Identify and communicate safety hazards, quality concerns, or process deviations

- Participate in troubleshooting equipment and process issues

- Handle scrap and waste in accordance with company procedures

- Maintain proper documentation and production records

- Rotate across multiple lines and departments as part of cross-training

- Other duties as assigned by leadership
