Care Assistant / Care Professional – Local Home Care in Westminster

What You’ll Do

Every visit is at least 2 hours, giving you time to build strong, trusting relationships. Your role might include:

- Providing companionship, emotional support and a listening ear - Helping with shopping, light housekeeping, or preparing nutritious meals - Supporting with personal care, mobility or medication reminders - Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, or just for a nice walk - Bringing dignity, joy and independence to someone’s daily routine

You don’t need previous care experience — just the right values and a desire to help others. Ideal candidates will be:

- Compassionate, calm and a good listener - Able to take initiative and work independently - Comfortable using public transport to visit clients - Available for early mornings, evenings and/or weekends - Committed to working collaboratively with our office team

Requirements

- A kind and respectful approach to care - Must be local to Westminster or surrounding areas - Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check - Right to work in the UK is essential - Fluent in English and confident communicator - Comfortable with walking and using public transport to reach clients
