BIM Modeling & Detailing Lead

Hoffman Construction is seeking a BIM Modeling & Detailing Lead to serve within the VDC Department. This position reports directly to the Affiliate VDC Manager and VDC Director. The ideal candidate is a skilled, detail-oriented modeler with a strong work ethic and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. This role is primarily focused on supporting Hoffman's self-perform divisions: encompassing concrete, rebar, mass timber, wall framing, drywall, and specialty architectural scopes; through the creation and management of 3D models, production of shop drawings, active participation in multi-trade BIM coordination, and direct contribution to project planning efforts. The BIM Modeling & Detailing Lead will serve as a critical link between design intent and field execution, with a consistent emphasis on constructability and model accuracy. This position is located on-site in Seattle, WA.
