Product Engineer

HSM Solutions is seeking a Product Engineer to help identify market opportunities and develop products for medical devices, medical furnishings, hospitality furnishings, sleeper mechanisms, and collegiate furnishings.

This role combines hands-on product engineering with product planning and commercial analysis. You will translate customer needs and market insights into products that integrate foam, metal, textiles, plastics, and mechanical systems, guiding development from early concepts through validation, production launch, and ongoing improvement.
