Oil Temp Operator - 1st Shift manufacturing experience preferred. Rotating 12 hour shifts, every other weekend.

HSM is seeking a dedicated Oil Temp Operator to join our 1st shift team (6AM-6PM on a rotating schedule) at the Phoenix, AZ plant. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain wire drawing machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, be comfortable working 12-hour shifts, and be able to work in both hot and cold conditions. Knowledge of wire drawing operations and forklift experience are preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
