Machine Operator - 1st Shift

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our 1st shift production team (Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3PM) at our Hickory Bedding plant. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating slitting equipment, measuring and cutting materials to specification, loading/unloading machines, and ensuring accurate tagging and documentation. Candidates must be able to read a tape measure, lift up to 75 lbs, and maintain strong safety and housekeeping standards. Prior experience with slitting or CNC equipment is preferred. Good communication, attendance, and basic computer skills are essential. Overtime may be required. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
