Manager of Application Engineer- – Electronics Adhesives

このポジションについて Join our Application Engineering team and play a key role in supporting leading electronics customers with advanced adhesive solutions. This position combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and team leadership, focusing on camera module applications and related electronic manufacturing processes. 職務内容 Field visits to end-users to understand habits, application specifics, analyze competitor landscape. Provide product recommendations, product applications demonstrations, technical visits Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes; Act team management work as team leader. Handling the laboratory work by own or managing team (incl. prioritization) for samples coming from customers and report technical results to customers. Lead for several project handlings in parallel, propose next direction and lead its decision and support customer and product development projects on adhesive technical knowledge deeply, especially for Camera module business (Main customer in US) Leverage customer technical feedback to optimize current offers and propose new business opportunities for sales and marketing colleagues. Support standardization process of technical documents ensure same data in all platforms. Communicate with sales, marketing, Product Development, Innovation, members of technical field team or project team members. (Domestic and Overseas) Stay up to trend on latest application on electronics and adhesive industry.
