As Legal Counsel , joining a team of senior and junior professionals, you’ll be at the heart of the legal operations across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. Your expertise will guide the business through both day-to-day legal matters and high-level strategic initiatives – including the adoption of new digital technologies such as A.I. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (such as external counsels), acting as a trusted advisor in areas such as commercial contracts, distribution law, corporate housekeeping, real estate, antitrust compliance, … What you´ll do Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements in a B2B and B2C environment, across Benelux and France; Manage corporate housekeeping matters in Benelux, consulting with external legal advisors; Provide legal support on real estate issues, including lease, purchase and facility agreements; Contribute to dispute resolution and assist with risk mitigation strategies; Embrace legal innovation efforts, including AI-driven legal tools and digital legal platforms; Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Corporate Communications, … and work together with external counsels if necessary; Be a strategic partner to the business, offering initiative-taking and practical legal guidance.
