Laboratory Technician - Surface Treatments

Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Conduct hands-on Laboratory and Pilot Scale application of Henkel's innovative coatings portfolio. Conduct all laboratory work in a safe manner, including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to site safety protocols, and 5S practices. Execute Lab testing and generate test data, documentation, and laboratory reports for projects assigned by Engineers and/or Supervisor. Communicate basic observations regarding data and/or experimental outcomes. Employ basis problem-solving skillsets to overcome bottlenecks and maintain project deliverable dates. May train other technicians and/or customers regarding equipment operation and/or test procedures. Take on equipment ownership and responsibility for maintaining safe operation of the assigned equipment. Report laboratory results and methods according to accepted company lab practices; results, reports, and observations will be communicated to internal/external customers
