About this Position What you´ll do Join our dynamic and international Group Financial Controlling team at Henkel's headquarters in Düsseldorf and gain insights into how financial performance is steered across a global organization Explore a broad range of controlling topics, including planning, reporting, budgeting, performance management, strategic controlling and functional controlling Support financial analyses, management reporting, planning cycles and projects that contribute to decision-making and the way we gather, as well as utilize performance data Take ownership of selected processes and initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across functions and businesses in an open and development-orientated environment Contribute your own ideas, challenge existing approaches, help identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, and understand how our operations are structured and supported
