Trafficking Case Manager III - Heartland Housing Sanctuary (full time, evenings)

This position will work as part of the human trafficking team working in close collaboration with several social service organizations ensuring that survivors can access program services with minimal barriers. The trafficking case manager will work in the crisis stabilization shelter and will provide comprehensive case management, safety planning, and ongoing support to survivors of human trafficking specifically those who have been sexually exploited and/or trafficked. This position will carry a small caseload and work full time at 37.5 hours a week.

Compensation: between $19.74 and $23.54 per hour (wage is determined by total years of relevant experience) Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday, Sunday- 530pm-10pm, Monday thru Wednesday, 230pm-11pm, and Thursday- 1pm-11pm.
