Program Coordinator - Homeless Prevention

This position provides direct supervision and program oversight of the homeless prevention team and the housing search and placement team. These programs serve client in Douglas, Sarpy and Pottawattamie Counties. The Homeless Prevention program serves those at imminent risk of homelessness. Services include temporary financial assistance and support services to help individuals obtain and maintain permanent housing.

Supervisory responsibilities and major agency wide support functions begin at this level. Decision making, problem solving, and ongoing task prioritization are critical. Training in supervision and management is required.

Compensation range: Based on years of experience. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, 40 hours per week
