Case Manager III - Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault

The Heartland Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault program provides several different services to survivors of domestic and sexual assault to meet them where they are at in their recovery journey. The program’s services include emergency shelter, advocacy, therapy, and other support services. This is a housing first program and utilizes the progressive engagement model in providing services. The Case Manager will work to screen and serve eligible clients residing at the Safe Haven shelter.

Compensation: between $19.74 and 23.54 per hour (wage is determined by total years of relevant experience) Work Schedule: 25 hours per week (coverage is needed on Tuesday and Thursdays evenings plus various weekend shifts) - 24/7 residential shelter
