Sr. SEC Reporting Analyst

The SEC Reporting Senior Analyst will support the end-to-end external financial reporting, technical accounting and equity-related accounting and reporting processes for Grocery Outlet. This role will assist the SEC Reporting Manager and Assistant Controller with the preparation, review, tie-out and timely filing of the Company’s financial reporting requirements, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy materials, earnings release materials, financial statements, footnote disclosures, supporting schedules, and related documentation. The role also includes the detail preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, footnote disclosures and internal reporting over equity and share-based award compensation.
