Sr. Compensation Analyst

The Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and ongoing evolution of our enterprise compensation programs. This role serves as an independent compensation advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders, providing sound, data-driven guidance across market pricing, salary administration, job architecture, FLSA, incentive plans, executive compensation, and equity. As a key member of the Total Rewards team, you will lead complex analyses and cross-functional projects, partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance/Stock Administration, and Legal, and help scale programs that support our business and diverse workforce. This role reports to the Sr. Director- Total Rewards.
