Navigator Imaging Assistant

Provides administrative, technical, and clinical support for the Low Dose CT (LDCT) program; Provides clinical and administrative support for LDCT navigation office activities; Validates intake information and coordinates appointments for the Lung Screening Program patients; Processes necessary documentation for a LDCT. Provides point of service patient navigation including Lung View patient assessments, Smoking Cessation Enrollment, and normal test resulting for all enrolled patients. Collects, complies, analyzes, and reports relevant LDCT outcome metrics. Works under the direction of the LDCT Diagnostic Navigator to facilitate timely LDCT appointments and recommended follow up.
