Master Production Scheduler

Provides production scheduling plan Scheduling – production output Manpower – schedules each job with standard manpower by way of press/assembly Die Changes – schedules mold changes as required Maintain inventory levels in order to meet production schedule Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to prioritize and fulfill customer needs Guides material planning for on hand component inventory to build production to customer needs Monitor inventory adjustments and cycle counts Coordinate forecasts with Production Manager Track schedule performance vs. production actuals Monitor customer computer systems for daily changes Prepares and distributes customer releases Participates and guides year-end inventory planning and counts Deliverables: Customer requirement reports with weekly and monthly information Production Performance Promotes IATF 16949 compliance
