Design Engineer

1. Responsible for new product development and new part design, ensuring compliance with relevant domestic (GB) and international standards; 2. Lead technical feasibility analyses during project bidding and development phases; produce 3D data, drawings, and technical specifications to support manufacturing cost and quality objectives; 3. Compile and maintain new product BOMs; participate in first-article quality approval; and provide technical support for engineering changes; 4. Provide technical support for in-house manufactured parts and outsourced supplier parts; participate in supplier qualification reviews and process coordination; 5. Monitor domestic and international standards in the automotive interior and seating sectors, and provide design solutions tailored to customer needs; 6. Ensure that design deliverables (BOMs, drawings, technical documents, etc.) comply with the IATF 16949 quality system and Grammer PDS process requirements; 7. Engage in cross-functional technical communication with customers, production, quality, and other departments to facilitate the implementation of design solutions and resolve issues.
