Manager, Commercial Services

Reporting to the AVP, Commercial, the Manager, Commercial Services serves as the key commercial contact for field Sales and Commercial Services teams. This position combines customer and railroad knowledge, pricing analysis, and disciplined execution to recommend pricing, identify gaps and revenue opportunities, maintain customer communication and contracts, and help grow and protect the business. This position will manage the Commercial Billing team.
