Shift Supervisor | DYS-NEXT

The Shift Supervisor provides direct supervision of Direct Care Workers while maintaining a safe, structured, trauma-informed, and therapeutic living environment. The position ensures consistent implementation of Positive Youth Development (PYD), Enhanced Advocacy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skill reinforcement, and independent living programming. Working collaboratively with the Program Director, Assistant Program Director, Clinician, DYS personnel, and community providers, the Shift Supervisor promotes youth development, accountability, and successful transition to independent adulthood.
