About the role
The young Adult Housing Specialist (YAHS) is responsible for coordinating operation of outreach and case management services for Rapid Rehousing Program participants. The YAHS is responsible for engagement and individualized case4 management for homeless or at high risk of becoming homeless young adults. The YAHS will attend homeless service provider meetings as necessary, the local Network to end Homelessness Unaccompanied Youth sub-committee meeting.
