Senior Business Analyst - Underwriting Workbench

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the same underwriting workbench implementation from a business and process perspective, ensuring that requirements accurately reflect operational underwriting needs and standard business practice.

Key Focus Areas:

- Requirements gathering and elicitation across underwriting stakeholders - Business process mapping and process improvement - Production of standard Business Analysis deliverables and documentation

Key Deliverables:

- Business requirements documents and process maps - Workshop facilitation outputs and stakeholder sign-off records - User stories and standard supporting BA artefacts - Ongoing input into requirements traceability and project documentation

Requirements

- Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on insurance or underwriting-related change programmes, ideally within Lloyd's / London Market. - Strong generalist BA skillset: stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translation of business needs into clear documentation. - Confident engaging directly with business stakeholders and able to work independently within a wider project team.
