This is an interim contract, offering hands-on exposure to broadly syndicated loan activity across both primary and secondary markets. Following a realignment of the firm's operating model, you'll step into a clearly defined remit supporting the public-side funds, working within established information-barrier protocols alongside portfolio management, trading and the wider global operations team. It's an opportunity to make an immediate impact in a lean, high-trust environment where your expertise will be relied upon from day one.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3 years'+ experience in loan settlement or loan closing at an asset manager, CLO manager, bank or fund administrator - Hands-on ClearPar experience; WSO, Everest, Loan IQ or S&P/Markit loan tools advantageous - Strong working knowledge of LSTA/LMA documentation and settlement conventions, ideally across both US and European markets - CLO or broadly syndicated loan experience preferred; private credit exposure also valued - Able to work independently within a lean team, with prior interim or contract experience beneficial - Short notice or immediately available preferred, given the interim nature of the role
Benefits
Length: Initial 6-month contract
