Resident Assistant / Caregiver (PCA/CNA) – Part-Time 2nd or 3rd Shift Spring Arbor Cottages of Fredericksburg 1804 Bragg Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407 Starting at $17.58/hour, with higher pay based on experience Looking for a caregiving role where you can get to know the people you care for? Join our part-time team at Spring Arbor Cottages of Fredericksburg. As a Resident Assistant, you’ll help residents through their evening and overnight routines, provide hands-on personal care, and work with a team that cares about making each day feel safe and comfortable for the people who live here. What you’ll do • Assist with dressing, toileting, mobility, and other daily needs • Follow each resident’s care plan and document the care you provide • Respond to residents’ needs throughout your shift • Communicate with teammates to keep care consistent What you’ll bring • A dependable, compassionate approach to caregiving • Comfort providing hands-on personal care • Previous caregiving, assisted living, or memory care experience preferred • Ability to complete required dementia training and background screening • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent CNA certification is welcome, but it is not required for all Resident Assistant/PCA positions.
