Supply Chain Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining positive supplier relationships

• Analysing the timely procurement of demand items with a continuous improvement approach

• Maintenance of high-demand inventory items replenishment requirements ensuring optimised inventory turnover

• Auditing the warehouse stocking program ensuring there is a consistent systematic process facilitating on-demand availability and accuracy

• Collaboration with the internal Goods Receiving team on incoming receiving processes ensuring inventory is accurately captured in the system identifying improvement opportunities

• Address all supplier related quality and delivery concerns potentially effecting customer supply

• Support with the inbound logistics and freight related coordination

• Work with the Regional Supply Chain manager analysing supplier performance aligned to the business KPI expectations

• Work with the Regional Supply Chain Manager on regional cost reduction initiatives aligned to the annual business operating objectives identifying stop gaps and improvement opportunities

• Support the Regional Supply Chain and site Operations teams to manage product end of life initiatives, and identify alternative parts to satisfy ongoing demand

• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and set priorities accordingly. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

• Proven related working experience, results orientated, strong work ethics. Problem solver.

• Ability to manage & motivate teams

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations in a dynamic environment

• Computer literacy, proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
