What You’ll Do

- Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments - Build rapport and identify each customer’s needs - Present customized solutions featuring high-quality impact windows and doors - Educate homeowners on available products and hurricane protection solutions - Prepare quotes and confidently close sales - Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract - Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects the Florida Window & Door brand

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated, competitive, coachable salespeople who are driven by results and income.

Successful candidates will have:

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills - A proven ability to build trust and sell value - A competitive, self-motivated mindset - Professional appearance and attitude - A willingness to learn and follow our proven sales process

Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule & Requirements

- Full-time - Monday–Saturday - One weekday + Sunday off - Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. - Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
