AV Utility Sound Technician

SUMMARY Coordinates, orders and fulfills any and all A/V equipment requests made by Group Sales, Catering, or any department requiring such equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Dependability, good attendance, and occasional overtime required. May be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Texas Racing Commission license. Performs other duties as assigned. Calls and establishes working relationships with outside Compiles a list of phone numbers and contacts for at least three different A/V companies. Keeps an accurate inventory of all on Property Audio Visual Equipment, including but not limited to, PA Systems, VCPs, slide projector, overhead projector, and screens. Establishes a good working relationships with internal and external clients requesting the usage of equipment. Maintains and properly stores all A/V equipment. Coordinates crews to assist in all A/V Set-ups, including but not limited to televisions, stands, cables & connections
