Make a Difference Every Day. Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. This hands-on role performs a variety of custodial services while supporting consistent quality and service standards — all while advancing our mission of Transforming Lives Through the Power of Work. What You’ll Do: • Perform daily custodial and cleaning services throughout assigned facilities. • Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, workspaces, and other assigned areas. • Perform floor care, including stripping and waxing, as assigned. • Perform window washing, pressure washing, and other periodic cleaning services. • Maintain clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly conditions throughout the facility. • Properly use and maintain custodial equipment, tools, chemicals, and supplies. • Keep custodial equipment and supplies clean, organized, and ready for use. • Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with site staff, customers, and others at the facilities. • Communicate service requests, changes, or concerns to your supervisor. • Assist with special projects and other custodial duties as assigned. What You Bring: • Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or related experience preferred. • Ability to perform routine and periodic cleaning tasks and follow established cleaning procedures. • Ability to safely use custodial equipment, cleaning products, and supplies. • Dependable and able to complete assigned work with attention to quality and detail. • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. • Professional and cooperative approach when working with coworkers and customers.
