Summary: The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Associate plays a critical role in strengthening program accountability and impact by ensuring the integrity and timely use of data across project activities. This position is responsible for supporting the full cycle of M&E functions, from data collection and verification to analysis, reporting, and knowledge sharing. The M&E Associate ensures that data-driven insights inform decision-making, improve program performance, and meet donor reporting requirements. By maintaining high standards of data quality and contributing to adaptive management processes, this role directly supports evidence-based programming and sustainable development outcomes. Responsibilities: Support the design and implementation of data collection tools and methods, including surveys and focused group discussions. Clean, validate, and enter data into program databases with accuracy and consistency. Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability of collected information. Assist in field-based data verification exercises to validate reported results. Compile, analyze, and interpret routine monitoring data to track progress against indicators. Support the preparation of donor reports, dashboards, and presentation materials. Contribute to lessons learned sessions and adaptive management discussions using data insights. Document success stories, field observations, and key program insights for internal and external communication.
