This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, being outdoors, interacting with customers, and taking ownership of a daily route. Essential Responsibilities Safe Vehicle Operations • Safely operate a service truck in accordance with company policies and DOT regulations. • Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns. • Maintain required driving records and documentation. Route & Service Responsibilities • Service and maintain portable sanitation equipment to company standards. • Complete assigned routes efficiently and safely. • Respond to changing service needs and route adjustments as required. • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at every stop. Customer Service • Communicate professionally with customers and site personnel. • Address customer concerns and provide exceptional service. • Identify customer needs and communicate opportunities to management. • Represent Inframark in a professional manner at all times. Safety & Teamwork • Comply with all company, DOT, and safety regulations. • Participate in safety meetings and training programs. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Communicate route efficiencies, service issues, and customer feedback to supervisors. • Work collaboratively with team members to support operational goals. Qualifications Required • High School Diploma or GED. • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards. • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred • CDL Class B License. • One year of related experience in route service, delivery, environmental services, construction, utilities, public works, transportation, or equipment operation. • Military experience, especially in transportation, logistics, maintenance, or engineering occupations. • Experience operating commercial vehicles or service trucks.
