About the role
- Operation and setup of plastic injection molding machines (Engel, Krauss-Maffei, Cincinnati, etc.) • Setup and programming of servo-robots • Setup and operation of resin mixing systems • Hot runner molds • Operation of auxiliary equipment such as: mold temperature controllers, dryers, vision systems, metal detectors, vacuum systems, etc. • Off-line mold preparation • Setup of mold protection and ejector settings • Process adjustments based on scientific molding principles • Creation of process parameter sheets • Collaboration with production to ensure quality and standardize processes
