About the role

Job Summary The Sales Assistant will provide administrative, operational, and business development support to the Sales and Business Development team. The role will assist with lead generation, client engagement, preparation of sales and business documents, follow-up with prospective and existing clients, and maintenance of accurate sales records. The Associate will support the promotion and delivery of ITM Services’ HR solutions, including recruitment, outsourcing, payroll management, training, HR consulting, and Employer of Record (EOR) services. The role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, market research, and business development. Key Responsibilities Support the Sales and Business Development team in identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, target industries, and emerging market trends. Build and maintain an up-to-date database of prospective and existing clients. Prepare professional proposals, quotations, capability profiles, presentations, tender documents, and other sales materials. Support the preparation and coordination of client meetings, presentations, appointments, and follow-up engagements. Respond to sales enquiries and ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients. Maintain regular communication with clients and support positive relationships throughout the sales process. Record client interactions, leads, opportunities, proposals, and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM or relevant database. Assist with resolving basic client enquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. Support the sales team in promoting the organisation’s recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, training, HR consulting, and EOR services. Monitor competitor activities and gather relevant market intelligence to support sales and business development strategies. Support marketing campaigns, networking events, exhibitions, corporate engagements, and other business development activities. Assist with client onboarding by coordinating and compiling the required documentation. Work closely with the Recruitment, Payroll, HR Operations, and EOR teams to support smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Support invoice follow-up and payment tracking where applicable. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports and other reports as required. Maintain accurate and organised records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, proposals, contracts, and client documentation. Monitor the progress of prospective clients and ensure that agreed follow-ups are completed within the required timelines. Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, sales performance, and business growth. Perform other sales, business development, and administrative duties as may be assigned by management.
