Swim Instructor - Year-Round

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated candidates to join our team! In this role, you will teach swim lessons to children and/or adults, helping them develop water safety skills, improve technique, and build confidence in the water. This position is perfect for high school and college students, teachers, or anyone seeking a rewarding role with a flexible schedule. We work with you to accommodate class schedules, sports, and other jobs. We have weekday shifts available from 2:45 to 7:00 pm, and weekends vary from 8:45 am to 1:45 pm depending on location. Key Responsibilities Teach proper swimming technique in a safe, positive, and appropriate manner to various levels and age groups in accordance with the company's curriculum (We will train you!) Ability to demonstrate and explain skills, analyze and correct performance, minimize fear, and use appropriate teaching devices. Excellent communication skills with your team, leaders, and patrons. Assist with pool setup, cleanup, and adherence to facility guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Why Join Our Team? Requirements At least 15 years old Clean background check Comfortable teaching outdoors and in water for at least 3 hours Friendly, patient, and energetic personality Reliable and punctual, with strong communication skills Some knowledge of all four swim strokes (training available) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
