Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations across retail and LTC workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance Verify prescriptions and provide clinical oversight in accordance with state and federal regulations Support and guide pharmacy technicians, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to best practices Collaborate with providers, nurses, and facility staff to resolve medication-related issues and ensure continuity of care Monitor and optimize workflow, turnaround times, and operational performance Assist in inventory management, including controlled substances and high-cost medications Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and company policies Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions that enhance productivity and patient care Serve as a reliable resource for both clinical and operational decision-making
